  A beautiful place to visit and walk around. The views of Baiona and the surrounding water were just amazing.

  It was heavenly to stay in this parador. We opened the shutters of the huge windows of our room overlooking the sea. We slept to the sound of the waves crashing against the rocks below.

  The castle hosts a parador (one of the more expensive ones in Galicia), and it's worth a visit just to walk around the walls, the views and atmosphere are excellent. The coffee in the parador is reasonably priced if you want to end your walk in style. Driving up entails a fee, so you can park somewhere down in Bayona and walk up without paying.
